Yes - and the film. I see what you mean but the eyes are a little different than those S-FX. Also, couldn't he be Tokrah instead?
I think he ought to at least have a choice of character assassination.

I think they took the idea from The Hood in Thunderbirds anyway. What secret technology could that villain be looking to steal from h2g2 researchers? It would certainly be one of his more cunning disguise masks. Is the site software that valuable? Possibly knowledge of people's secret identities could be worth something to someone. What about those prize mugs, mouse-mats or T-shirts?!

Maybe the Guide finally accumulated enough knowledge for some *evil* powers in the universe to get interested in it... I mean, unuseful knowledge is still knowledge after all. Maybe they want to build some great *evil* unuseful weapons!
