Hi Websailor! An old but great article you've written here. I totally agree with you! Birds, butterflies, even flowers - are best enjoyed in the wild! And photos can be excellent things to 'collect' of them without harming them. This is what I'm trying to teach my little nephew Christiaan. Whenever he's visiting we spend some time outside looking at birds, butterflies and other insects, flowers, and lots more. There's still much 'joy' to be had that way, in a truly innocent and harmless way!
