this is an amazing french rugby player born 21 january 1975 in france (naturaly) he is a 'utility back', playing in many 'back' positions i.e full back (15) fly half (10) and center(11 or 12) he currently plays for saracens, a rugby club in Watford, but previously played for Castres and Toulouse in France. he picked up a career threatening injuty warming up for a french international against Australia during the autumn internationals in 2000. He Had a double rupture of his achillies tendon. it took many operations the first to repair the second rupture, grafted part of his hamstring in his ankle, it was unsuccessful, and the wound became infected and bled constantly. The second operation left a hole in his ankle through which he could see his own bone and the third closed this obcene porthole. step by step rehabilitation followed, and miraculously, he is now playing rugby again, and has even been called up to play on the frnch national side again along with his team mate Christian Califano. his rugby is as it allways was, exiting to watch and amzing, he plays as if the 18 month long living hell had never existed and smiles again.
