Systemic Lupus - SLE

I had been diagnosed nearly fifteen years ago, I have moved three times since and the new GP Doctors ignored the condition or did not understand the condition sadly I have had no proper treatment for fifteen years. My SLE flare up,s are very frequent now and take a long time to go away, I now have my medical records which states SLE and was confirmed by the surgery nurse to-day with my records she had. I feel gutted that the three GPs in differint parts of the country have ignored giving me proper medical help and I wish I knew of a good GP who could help me.

You really must change GP, or at least manage to get your GP to refer you to a specialist at the local hospital, You could end up with perminant long-term damamge if its not being treated properly
