I had made the decision not to do the sub-country flags, eg like the various states of America. Were you not aware that the St.Andrew's flag already features in picture blobs:

Feel free to hoist away.
One reason I was trying to keep the number of flags down is the amount of page memory required to render them using TABLE tags. I could have made the whole lot smaller and got a few more on (as with the shipping ones) but the diagonal ones are the worst because they have no optimising simplifications whereas the plain vertical or horizontal stripes can be any visible size at no extra memory cost.
