It's not a state. (It's a state of mind?)
Pennsylvania is a "Commonwealth", which is rather deceptive. People who live here are skeptical that any governing body is looking out for the common wealth of it's residents when it declares that toilet paper is no longer a necessity and should now be taxed.
Pennsylvania has the highest rural population of any of the fifty "states", even West Virginia. That means there are a lot of cows here.
