Good morning Cuddly I hope you are feeling well.
Thanks Cuddly I am feeling 
but I am going to try and get an appointment about my arthritis. It is now gone to my hands and because of that I find writing and using a keyboard painful. I find I am slower at replying at postings because it takes me longer to type and I have a 
keyboard which does not help. I have to rest my hands for a while after I have done a posting.

The reason why it is so quiet here it is because the 
of h2 has started, The Borg, The Kazon, The Daleks, The Cybermen and The Yuzhaan Vong have invaded us kidnapping unwary researchers.

Thanks Cuddly I have had a busy day, I have been to the Doctors 3 times (nurse, doctor and then put a perscription and collect 1), been to the library check emails, at Grays library they were celebrating 100 of the library, there was free 100th anniversary cake and refreshments and then I did some shopping. I hope you had a good day too.
