I'll give you a tip my confused friend. Look at their feet! If they are wearing fashion trainers they are posing, these shoes are not only expensive but dangerous to run in. Real runners wear proper running shoes with thick absorbant soles and any old junk on the rest of their body, which usually means a pair of shorts and an old t-shirt. They also look as if they need a good meal - though they usually have excellent skin and look ten years younger than they actually are.
