Apart from the slightly skewiff title, I think this is a fine entry. Well done!

Ideal EG material - unusual, practical, sensible yet very very fun at the same time!

Hurrah! Looking forward to seeing this in the EG very soon.

What, the PR posting or my new nickname? It's a campaign from the Italics to get more people to visit the Front Page each day - as we spend so much time and effort putting the Front Page together, it seems a bit daft when lots of people never bother looking at it...!

And it's not necessarily a hint about this PR entry - just that it seems a shame that it's been lying around for 3 weeks with no comments!

Very nice. The wine there too smiley - redwine

As far as the Entry goes, could benefit from Headers or Subheaders, links to other EG Entries and paragraphing in the Numbered List.

And is it worth mentioning the Barossa? Or is that another Entry on its way??

Thanks for the interest in this entry (I thought it had been languishing but I wasn't going to complain).

There is an entry already written on Wine Tasting in Adelaide which makes comments on the Barrossa and McLaren Vale. Probably each of these regions could do with an entry each - as could Clare (which I will write) and the Adelaide Hills.

I personally think the layout is fine - the entry is quite short and I feel sub-headings would break it into tiny peices rather than make it more readable. However if the general feeling is that the layout can change to the advantage of the reader, I will gladly change it.

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.

If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.

Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!

Thank you all - I might have to go home and open a bottle from the esteemed region. Either a chardie or a Cab Sav.

While I savour the wine (probably a white since it is now spring here and I might cook something light and fun tonight), I will think happy thoughts about the Clare Valley (which specialises in Cab/Merlot blends and fantastic Riesling: the O’leary/Walker 2004 Watervale Riesling won the best dry white at the London International Wine Show two weeks ago and I have 6 of them at home! Yay!).
