I like the poem about the little stream. My issue with Fraktur is that due to it's angular nature I have always mentally assigned a sound to it which isn't as pretty by far. (a loud (growling) voice from a short distance).

I spent a school year reading 'Emil und die Detektive' in Fraktur, so I think of it on occasion with music by Kurt Weill, but hey...to each his own.
