The trouble with getting a relatively small island (compared to a whole state) is that the agencies can now find out where you are and who you are. This does not appear to be a tenable position in the long run. I could be wrong of course. Especially if he can move the island to another dimension. This leaves the question why he wouldn't be able to do just that anyway...
