I think you can safely round that temperature to 180 degrees Celcius. My oven doesn't do anything more accurate than multiples of 5 degrees anyway and using the air circulation thingy usually takes 20 degrees off from what a regular oven would require as a setting.
Sounds delicious. I always wanted a chocolate cake for my birthday when I was younger.

My mom used to make red velvet cake - which is chocolate with red food colouring.
