Looks like our dear Charlotte was trying to earn herself a Rory award for The Most Gratuitous Use Of The Word 'Belgium' In A Serious traveldoc.
(I just found out that the 'Belgium' appeared in the US versions of the Hitchhikers guide. The original UK version had the F-word instead. Belgians!)
