Also something I would more likely make on a regular weekday.
Just so you know: a regular EU brick of butter equals close to 2.2 sticks of butter.
I do like recipes that work by dimensionless ratio rather than exact measurements in arcane units. Much easier to remember.

Then you are in agreement with Mrs Hoggett! She's of the opinion that the metric system belongs in her LAB and the other system in her KITCHEN.

Like my pancake recipe: one part flour, two parts milk, one egg per two persons, pinch of salt, cinnamon if you like (even goes with bacon), some oil mixed in so that you don't have to put it in the frying pan.
(I prefer to make what the French call crepes)
