That appears to be a tractor of the renowned box-on-wheels design. Pretty old I guess (depending on the age of who you're asking).
Does the manual say "remove squirrels before starting" or is it from before the invention of the environment?

I think that one is NT Hoggett's pride-and-joy, the one they repainted. 
It's in multiples older than he is and has won awards locally.
