Fascinating concept - hopefully it leads to less littering as it encourages bin use, but it does seem rather a large piece of street furniture compared with standard waste bins. Maybe they'll do a bin ballot to see if people would like it to stay or would rather it was taken away.
Very pleasing that you captured the status of both sides being equal, though
