Is that personal experience? 
I hope things have improved since then if so, as it is a good thing to have a run round at lunchtime after being in the office all morning

I have a 2,5km lunchbreak walk around the office every day. So far, it didn't collapse like the biblical city of Jericho. Maybe I should learn to play the horn and try again.

It is loosely based on personal experience, in that I tried to start a work running club and for about 6 weeks had lots of people telling me they were very interested in running, but no matter what day or time I suggested to fit it around everyone else, no-one ever actually came out to run.
