Sadly this one is quite dull and you'll have to wait five years for the drama that is Disney's 'Mulan' - its most expensive remake to date - following predictions it would flop as Sinophobia is currently at a high, the dropping of a major character due to the #MeToo movement and the fact that lead actress Liu Yifei has been posting on social media 'We Police Brutality'. Black Lives may well matter, but Hong Kong lives don't to Disney when compared with the vast market that is China.

This era might not be able to compete with the off-screen drama of Mulan, but you've managed to find interesting details. The introductory paragraph sets the scene for the Entry nicely
That is funny that the glass slipper didn't fit Lily James
Amazing how much of a money-spinner these films are - no wonder there are so many films in the 5-year period (almost three times the number of animated films in the same timeframe...)
What year did Michael Gough die?
" you expect the two to start singing 'The Bare Necessities' at any moment."
That's good that Christopher Robin included filming in Ashdown Forest

I tweaked that to include the year of Michael Gough's death. And now 'Mulan' is looking like it'll head to Disney+ on a pay-per-view basis. Do YOU spend a fortune subscribing to Disney+? Then why not also pay an extra small fortune to be allowed to watch 'Mulan' once?

Wow, that is one way to make money from a film when cinemas are not like usual
"That's one complicated family tree" -
A couple of name checks: it is Abu, not Apu. Is it Burt, or Bert?
That is fascinating that the animals in the Lion King had their bottoms erased
I like the ending - important message

Hi, good to see this here.
My local cinema owner (now deceased, but I am still in touch with his widow) used to call Disney "legalised shysters" as he was charged a heck of a lot more to show their films than any other film company
>>King Louie, an orang-utan (Louis Prima)<<
= orangutan
>>Cinderella's widowed father married a widowed woman, Lady Tremaine, before his untimely death, leaving Cinderella in the care of a wicked step-mother and two ugly stepsisters. <<
=
Cinderella's widowed father married a widow, Lady Tremaine, before his untimely death, leaving Cinderella in the care of a wicked step-mother and two ugly stepsisters.
You have wicked step-mother and wicked stepmother - step-family and stepsisters. I am not sure which is correct, with or without the hyphen, but you should be consistent.
>>Jack Magary, he's a widowed lumber mill owner and he's okay, Natalie's father and Grace's boyfriend (Wes Bentley)<<
= "and he's okay" - is that a Monty Python reference? If so, I get that, because I've seen them all and that was a memorable song. But I don't think the joke is universal, so maybe a footnote mentioning the "I'm a Lumberjack" Python song with a link to the h2g2 Monty Python entry? (That's is I'm right, of course)
Bear in mind I haven't seen the Pete's Dragon remake - I loved the original too much and didn't even want to see the remake.
>>A Beauty and the Beast remake had been proposed several times and it had been greenlit to be made as a non-musical film to be titled simply Beast before the director argued that this story had the strongest Disney songs and it would be a waste to make a film that excluded them. << punctuation please, or split it into a couple of sentences.
>>51. Winnie the Pooh (2011)<< what's the significance of the "51." there?
>>Deep in the 100 Aker Wood<<
>>Hundred Aker Wood<<
= which is it?
>>All films featuring Winnie-the-Pooh are banned in China, the country with the world's largest cinema audience, because Chinese president Xi Jinping has been nicknamed Winnie-the-Pooh.<< I didn't know that! Must remember to tell my daughter (the runner) - her nickname is "Tigger" from the Winnie-the-Pooh stories.
>>Three by the Sherman Brothers (Richard and Robert Sherman) and three new songs by Richard M Sherman<<
>>All by the Sherman Brothers (Richard and Robert Sherman)<<
= I think you can drop the second "Sherman" in each.
I'm only halfway through, but I will have to stop for now I will try and pop back

Dumbo: (I have seen the original, not the remake, that song "Baby Mine" made me weep buckets)
>>Jumbo Junior fails to provide a successful climax to a circus stunt and as punishment is relegated to a being a clown. <<
=
to being a clown
>>The racist stereotyped crows and faceless rastabouts completely removed.<<
= rastabouts should be Roustabouts
= "are" completely removed - or "were" - or "have been"
>>Many of the animals who live in a circus train receive babies delivered to them by stork, including Mrs Jumbo, an elephant. <<
=
Many of the animals who live in a circus train, including Mrs Jumbo, an elephant, receive babies delivered to them by stork.
>>Can the circus performers save Dumbo and his mother from death and a life in a freakshow?<<
Shouldn't that be:
Can the circus performers save Dumbo from life in a freakshow and his mother from death?
>>When an abusive elephant handler who abuses all the elephants for no apparent reason mistreats Dumbo his mother naturally defends her son, killing him, which results in her being taken away.<<
=
When an abusive elephant handler mistreats Dumbo, his mother naturally defends her son, killing the handler, which results in her being taken away.
I will try and pop back to continue with Aladdin

Still on Dumbo, I forgot:
>>After returning invalided from the Great War back to the circus where he worked, Holt Farrier not only has lost his arm but his wife to Spanish Flu and now has to raise his two children alone while working in the lowest job, the elephant handler.<<
Did he really lose his arm to Spanish 'flu?

>>he lacks the coloured bottom of a real male mandril,<<
=
mandrill
>>The song 'Hakuna Mutata' makes a big fuss how in this version they actually sing the word 'farted',<<
=
fuss "of" how (?)
>>The birth of baby lion Simba<<
=
The birth of lion cub Simba
You have links to the same Elton John entry twice.
>>Ingrith hopes to use the wedding as a way to ambush and wipe out the faerie Moor Folk and provoke a war that will result in human ruling supreme.<<
= humans?
>> Who will Philip believe, her mother or fiancé?<<
Not sure that's right, do you mean *his* mother or his fiancé?
>>Aurora is brought up by her three fairy godmothers as a peasant and renamed 'Briar Rose' to keep her hidden from the curse yet on her 16th birthday, Maleficent discovers her whereabouts just as she encounters her true love.<<
That sounds like Maleficent is 16, possibly change it to:
Aurora is brought up by her three fairy godmothers as a peasant and renamed 'Briar Rose' to keep her hidden from the curse. On her 16th birthday, just as she encounters her true love, Aurora is discovered by Maleficent.
>>Queen Ingrith, Philip's scheming mother (Michelelle Pfeiffer)<<
=
Michelle Pfeiffer
>>Chitwel Ejiofor<<
=
Chiwetel Ejiofor
>>Brenton Thwaites was unable to reprise his role as Prince Phillip due to playing Dick Grayson aka Nightwing12 in television series Titans (2018+).<< The footnote 12 says "The adult first Robin in the Batman stories." - which doesn't make sense to me
>>After all the fuss about uniting the Moors with the kingdom that Aurora had been born to be princess of in the previous film, it seems the human kingdom was left to the inhabitants to self-govern without any useful attempt at unification after all. After all, <<
Three consecutive after alls. I will let you tweak that.
>> The film also doesn’t end with Lady having puppies, but instead has Tramp adopted into the family on Christmas Day, exactly a year after Lady had.<<
=

That's it from me
