Spot the Birdie by Galaxy Babe

Andy and I went for a long walk on Saturday, 3,850 steps! We walked from St Antony’s Bank, Humberston to all around Thorpe Park Holiday Centre, taking in the nature and wildlife. I tried to photograph this heron for you, which was standing so still it looked like a statue. I am not sure that you can tell it’s a heron – although the reflection is quite a good likeness! It was perfectly still until a fish swam by, and then it speared the fish and took off to eat its meal in private. Quite a show.
