h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

The phrase "Don't let reality imprint you. Make your own imprint." makes me think of people taking one step to go somewhere that entertaining things might happen (eg h2g2), and a second step to wait for people to entertain them, whereas the third step is to do something that might entertain other people and hope you'll inspire them to entertain you in turn
