I'm not sure about ELIZA, but Cleverbot may well have stock phrases in hir database because people like to say them - reminds me of the time I wanted to get a personalised spoon, and could see what other people had tried to put on their spoons. 'This is not a spoon' scored very highly! Sadly only 10 characters were allowed, so I ended up with a Q spoon instead of a T spoon
