It's odd how it throws up a completely unrelated subject (like Christmas) every so often. I wonder if this is in the programming? I wonder why it doesn't try to find a better link. It's like conversing with someone with severe attention-deficit disorder.

It was an odd conversation - finished unusually abruptly (Cleverbot has previously tried to keep the conversation going better).

I can just about see how completely unrelated topics arise - if in a different conversation Cleverbot asked when Christmas was, and someone said it was a couple of weeks ago, then that conversation snippet was copied into my conversation. It doesn't give the impression of paying very much attention to the conversation, though, as better links are surely possible...

It was similar with:

where it picked up on "don't like" rather than the whole sentence...
