I knew precisely none of those, although in hind sight I did recognise the modern Love Hearts message.
I remember the days when I got one that said 'FAX ME' which, even then, seemed a bit surprising...

I guessed the card ones, but didn't get the others. I like how fertility=dodgy 
I looked at the Love Hearts my partner gave me a few years ago 
and see there is a 'Fax Me' in there as well as 'e-mail me' Fascinating choices!
