A Cave Home

Another intrepid photojournalist sneaks a shot.

A Cave Home

Guayadeque, Gran Canaria: a cave home.

Milla writes:

This is a sneak shot from a cave home in barranco de Guayadeque1, Gran Canaria. It is hacked out of the mountain side and this man lives there. It has a main room of about 4 by three meters and an alcove that just about fits a bed.

His kitchen is in a separate little cave, 1 by a half meter and he does his dishes in a sink on the patio.

With those accommodations, who wouldn't be a cave dweller?
