Nice Entry 
The Ham Sandwich Theorem I know well (along with the Hairy Dog Theorem) as they were in my Topology course at university, but strangely I hadn't heard of the Pancake Theorem so I enjoyed that proof 
My only nitpick would be
"two flat pancakes on a hotplate"
On first reading, I wondered if the pancakes were side by side or in a stack, but it was confirmed that they were side by side later.

I've just realised that I can make it flow better by moving the paragraph that introduces the Pancake Theorem to the section about the Pancake Theorem. So I've done that.
