Very good - they are indeed driving on the right, with good old Murrican road signs. 
Got it in one.
Believe it or not, this red phone box is on our Main Street, in front of a small shopping centre. And no, I don't know why. Because British things are decorative?
It's picturesque, though it has no working phone.
You would make a good international detective, BB.
