Reality Manipulator

Thank you Dmitri for sharing your wonderful film tips and for the video clip from the 5,000 fingers of Dr T . I am big fan of Doctor Seuss and read quite a number of his stories as a child which I loved but I have only seen three Dr Seuss story films: Dr Seuss 'The cat in the hat', How the Grinch who stole Christmas and the Lorax.smiley - magicsmiley - oksmiley - applausesmiley - cool

I love the old sci-fi films and for a time in the 90's they were shown here in the UK on BBC2 which I look forward to watching. Thanks for the clip for the Twonky film, which I am sure I'll enjoy watching. The short story from the Weird Tales, sounds like a very interesting and entertaining story.smiley - magicsmiley - oksmiley - applausesmiley - cool

Yeah, it's a shame Seuss didn't do more in that line - he had a lot of fans, children and parents alike.

My very first school show appearance was reciting 'Marco Comes Late'. My mom made me do it...I was about eight...smiley - rofl

I wanted to thank you for sharing the '5,000 fingers of Dr T'. It has long been one of my favourite 'camp' films. While not smiley - rofl funny, it is very amusing. I think my two favourite parts are the elevator down to the dungeon and climbing the stairs to Dr T's suite.

You chose a very good clipsmiley - ok

Yeah, I like that film, too - both for the whole piano thing, and because, let's face it, Geisel teaches children how to deal with surrealism. smiley - winkeye
