Zinnias are weeds over here! They invade disturbed places like roadsides in *massive* numbers. We call them 'Jakobregop' ('Upright Jacob') because they are usually straight and tall.

Wow. And here, we plant and treasure them. They are certainly upright, and have long-lasting blooms. Our marigolds are also amazingly productive.
