I wrote this in 2015 and put it into Peer Review, then withdrew it for some reason I can no longer remember.

Although I'm no longer writing for the Guide, I suppose this might as well go into it.

There seems to be some problem with the links in this. I'll sort it out.

Excellent to see this in Peer Review, as I didn't see it before.

I saw the film Julia and Juliet last year, so that was particularly interesting reading about the courtyard of 'Juliet's House'.

I can tell you enjoyed visiting this city

Also you say 'Theoderic the Goth, king of Northern Italy, lived here when he visited the city.' Did he live in Verona or visit? Would 'stay' be better?
