What are your 'guilty pleasures'?
The Hedonism of Ice Cream

They used to say, 'I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream.' Ice cream is pure eating pleasure. Pick your flavour: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry…what about Rocky Road? It's a sociable pleasure, too. Summer afternoons on the back porch, taking turns with the crank, pouring on ice and rock salt…oh, we forgot. You have an electric device that does that now. And then you pay a personal trainer to develop your biceps. Ah, well. Such is progress.
The Zaharakos Ice Cream Parlor – no 'u', it's American – has been around on Washington Street in Columbus, Indiana, since 1900. It includes a museum now, and you can have your bridal shower there, too. Proof of just how romantic ice cream really is.
And yes, that's a real Tiffany lamp. Is that class, or what?
