for the toasts - I mixed one for myself last night, though 'mixed' is a rather strong word really for just G, slice of Lemon, topup with T & Slurp - should be a GLT&S I suppose

No gin for me at the moment but I have vodka in the freezer. Ice, Vodka, yoghurt, smoothie, stir, slurp, IVYSSS, mmmm

Anyway I make claims of how healthy this is, at my age need to keep up my calcium and a portion of fruit
