A sparsely lit corridor with low ceiling and unshaded lightbulbs that leads to the Kitchen and the Cold Store, on one side of the stairs that lead to the Pantry and Entrance Hall, and to the locked Wine Cellar and the Butler's Office on the other.

At the end of the corridor are two small rooms which are used by Harry McLeery, one contains an assortment of garden tools, various plants, clutter of all kinds and a small television set. The other room is laid out as a simple bedroom, with a single bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
