Back in 1906, you had to be satisfied with The Great Kara.

Here's the Library of Congress' description:

The great Kara, the mystery man from India and his $50,000 production of Oriental-splendor supported by a company of select entertainers.

We bet those entertainers were especially 'select'. And that a good time was had by all.

Well worth the admission price, no doubt, to see the pretty girls. And that turban was really cool.
