I'm sorry BB, I didn't back your comment about the title - but I think it's not quite what right somehow. 'h2g2 Vegetable Curry' won't mean anything to the vast percentage of readers that we hope will find this Entry helpful.

How to Make a Basic Curry with Vegetables
are the sorts of titles that seem to attract readers.

Do you want to use the rice method?
Can you clarify the part where you say something about not having experience of pureed spinach and then later say that tinned spinach is easiest? Maybe take out the earlier reference to pureed spinach entirely?
Re the title - is this curry what you call it 'at home' if so, then I'd say that in the text.
I'm keen to get this one selected, as it was part of the Create challenge for last month, and I'd like to see these all approved/published asap.

I wanted to edit it for style and clarity as well. I've done that now, so it's ready to go. I'd like to change the title to 'how to curry vegetables'.
