Good work Matt 
I enjoyed reading it. 
It did leave me feeling that I wanted to know a little more.
I felt I wanted to know what year they started rehersing in Matt's Dad's shed, and what year Emma Winchester joined.
I also wanted to know a little more about what sort of music they played. I assumed from the name that they were a death/metal band, but I'm not sure. It would be nice to know a little about their musical influences.
I was also curious to find out how well their album sales have done - have they made the charts?

Mentioning the Talking Heads reminds me of my student days...
You've spelt Southampton incorrectly twice, and perhaps could link to A1232632 - Winchester and A13645406 Hampshire (the county that Southampton and Winchester are in).
