The h2g2 Poem: We Kiss

0 Conversations

We Kiss

There's longing in your eyes
then you close them
as I do mine

I sense your closeness
and the world goes away
it's only you and I

I feel your warm breath
on my parted lips
anticipation

My whole body tingles
with the first touch of
our shared elation

You are soft and sensual
I am firm and eager
contrast and similarity

Our embrace entwines us
removes all barriers
and we share disparity

Muffled words heard
in urgent tones slurred
a mutual bliss

Our hearts beat as one
our love's just begun –
engaged in a kiss
