@ the footnote, Dmitri.
Lovely write-up though. Let's hope it gets a few more respondents into PeerReview

It never fails, on hootoo. Requests to "please ignore this" inevitably result in so much activity and response that the servers go into meltdown.

What happens if we get a test saying "post heavily on this"? We'll see how many of us attempt the double bluff.

Thanks so much for this Dmitri. h2g2 has been very hard work of late and this has been such a sweet gift of humour and delight, just what I needed. I agree the write up is very good, and I love the footnote also

Luckily, hootoo tradition covers that situation too, Nosebagbadger.
In that case what happens is that you do indeed post heavily - all the while saying that you're unsubbing from the thread and not coming back.

If you find a way to get people to read more entries, let me know.
Mine usually sit there for a week without a comment. I have tested this twice, by leaving the entry there for 7 days exactly, before changing the title to something blatantly designed to attract attention...
Words like 'sex', 'underwear', and 'Hitler' seem to work.
