I'm not sure I'd be able to enjoy this, lacking knowledge of the TV series and of the culture. Maybe I would, maybe I'd find it just silly.
But it is a great review for those who wonder whether or not to go.

I have to say, be very wary as the content is *extremely* graphic and laddish. Unless you enjoy lots of jokes about bodily functions and other bad-taste humour this is probably best avoided.
It also occurs to me that the film works much better if you already know and care about the four characters - they're such losers throughout the TV show that you forgive the film for not being quite as funny, simply because (spoiler alert) things finally, if unrealistically, start to go right for them.
