Hello
I have in the last few weeks found out I have Graves, can anyone help with what I should and should not eat to help in any way. I have been feeling ill for over 2 years to be told it was only my age going through the change..... I get so upset a lot of the time just want to run away from everything. I have upset tummy all the time, my legs hurt, my eyes feel so sour so hot most of the time. I came go on and on. So can anyone give me some advise as no one seems to know my GP sent me to the Hospital they have me more pills and lots of blood tests. But no one has talked to me about what is going on with my body and head.
Thank you to anyone that will talk to me .
