Cushion covers

I'm looking for instructions on how to make a cushion cover out of an old woolen cardigan or jumper. I know I remember something about shrinking them but that's as far as I got. Any help?? smiley - blackcat

Hmmmm..

*scrabbles wildly in her long term memory*

I seem to remember that you have to button it up (maybe add a few more buttons if they are too spaced out), cut off the sleeves and sew the seams at the shoulders and across the bottom. If it is woollen, shrinking it should be no problem at all. Our washing machine has taken out a diploma in such shrinkages smiley - smiley Bring it 'round. If it is not woolen, I guess you have to wash it hotter than advised(?)

Hope that helps.
