Btw ive written half a guide entery and have to go, is there any way of saving it half finished or should i just add it and edit it tomorrow?

Hi there - please don't give up!

I've had this very same problem many times when using my Opera web browser on my old computer - for some reason, when I try to edit my page (or any h2g2 page), it picks up an old, cached version of it instead of the latest version.

This is how I usually solve it:

a) Use the browser's 'back' button and click on the edit link again. Repeat if nothing happens.

or

b) While you're on the edit page, hit the browser's 'refresh' button.

In fact, it might have helped just logging off and then (hopefully, today) logging in again!

Ooops - silly me! I only read the first page of postings and didn't see that it had already been solved!
