The first one produces the following 403 error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /pkd_how2build.htm on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

That's weird. I didn't think I had any special tinfoil-hat access, there...
