I had a second session of physiotherapy this morning, got some exercises to do at home for the next 2 weeks several times a day then back for more.

Erm...not really....I over spent my last relief check on food and clothing...had none left over for transportation....I generally walk everyplace,but this time I overdid it,in shoes that really weren't meant for that kind of wear and tear...so I had sore feet and was fatigued...As for you,glad that the doctor's found some excercises for you...keep you from falling apart I'm sure...
