Do you think that this regiment needs more of a structure? We have a load of privates who could be promoted.

Yes i think that to. i was thinking about doing a regiment review over the next couple of days, then promoting people to new positions to make the regiment more structured.

Just thouht i'd say, Thanks for the promotion to sergeant.

no problem Skullock. i reward had work and i know your a hard worker. keep it up and it won't be long till u've got a promotion and your running some part of the regiment. FWT runs the medical section. hopefully he'll be able to set up a training facility which i'd like the whole regiment to go to get medical experience. with this experience, in battle we could perform emergency medical operations when the doctor isn't around so that everyone can keep fghting.

just wondering guys - regiment gazpacho are trying to think up a slogan to put fear in the hearts of their enemies, like the parachute regiment have 'The Red Devils'. I was wondering if anyone here minds if we have our own sloga, and since this is regiment smeg, we would have 'The Smeg Heads'. what does everyone think?

Looks good so far spook. I was just thinking perhaps the army motto should say, Regiment Motto. Just a thought. Oh and have you managed to delete one of your conversations, I was sure you had an earlier one than this
