Tink - It's the summer solstice, does it get any more summery than that?
Anyway - We're placing an order for coast to coast sunshine this year, honest

Vicious rumours and nothing but!
I hope you come anyway - surely we won't get that treatment from the elements two years on the trot...
Oh yeah and Tink, fancy a curry? A900082

You remember I was there in the rain right? Ihaven't forgotten the toasty sea water yet!
Don't think I can make rhe curry crawl, sounds great fun though!

Well yes, would be nicer if it was slightly warmer this time though! Is there a definite weekend yet as we can bok timeof work early so no abuse will be hurled!

Event Horizon Posted Jan 28, 2003
There's a week window this time, but rec most peeps will aim for the Solstice Weekend which is around the 21st.
Good plan, guess I should book that week myself hope no one has got there 1st.

Hmmm... can you tell me when theres a definite date so I can book it off and arrange to stay at Ians grans too?
Please make it summer!!!!
Waiting Room Posted Feb 11, 2003
Those are as definite as they are going to get. Pegasus is planing to be there all week - and provided I actually book the time off I will be too. I expect most people will try to come for the weekend of Friday 21st to Sunday the 22nd of June, though...
Depends on how long you fancy braving the elements for I guess

Boooooooo! Do you realise how long it'll be before you get your tent out anywhere other than your back garden now? is your holiday at the same time as Cornwall, or will you just not have enough cash to cover both?
We'll miss you Beaver
But I'll think of a way to get you out there soon
Please make it summer!!!!
Beaver Posted Feb 19, 2003
my tents feelin rather isolated atm it is truely a matter of funds and my folks have refused 2 pay for my sunny holiday so theres no chance of them chippin in for cornwall...however *touchwood* ill b goin 2 staffordshire uni in sept so thats no way near as far 2 manchester as london is
