It's a bit far away for me, but it sounds nice.
Have you gone (do you go) to Australia often?

Every couple of years. I am thinking seriously of booking another trip there but it takes a very long time to go and come back. However, it is an amazing place to do and do not very much.

Do you have relatives there? I have some distant relatives there but have never been to Australia.

I do. In fact the whole lot are there. Some of them live nearby to Coriole although they tend not to go there to eat as they are not big fans of their wines. For me the view, the food and lazy way you are expected to enjoy it makes for a wonderful afternoon.

I would go if you got the chance. The German heritage of South Australia is quite strong - there are still quite a few Lutheran churches that still run German services.

I don't even know where in Australia my relatives live. smiley - blush
My mum knows, though. I haven't seen them for nearly 40 years.

I wouldn't turn up and try and find them without getting some details first. While there aren't "that" many people living there, it is a mighty big place.

On the other hand, if you didn't care about the outcome of your search, you could have a wonderful few weeks travelling about pretending to look for them.

I don't have the money anyway, so no point in doing researches. smiley - smiley
