the whole rapture thing more or less passed me by. I didn't take much notice, after all, everybody knows that the world ends on 30th May (and has done so for decades).

and that has also passed me by!
On Thursday I'm having an evening meal at Gordon's house with 5 German people, the student Robin is leaving and his parents and a set of grandparents, who have never been to England, are coming over to collect him. I think they will also travel around a bit before heading back home.
