I thought this was an Entry on ATMs!
I like the idea of setting it on a timer ... cooking and prep takes about 3hrs right, so it should start up at about 3am. Then you wake at 6 to the smell fresh bread for breakfast.

yeah-it does sound like one! 
I actually meant to include a spot on timers-but I was in the middle of making a peanut butter loaf!
