A majority of people seem mildly confused about minorities.

if a bigger majority contains more people than a not-so-big majority, then it must follow that
a bigger MINority must contain LESS people than a not-so-big minority

The proof goes thus: The larger the majority, the larger the quality of majorityness, ergo the more people.
Then, the larger the minority, the larger the quality of minorityness, ergo, the less people.

Put another way, as the minority gets smaller, it will tend to meet the smaller majority!
