All this sounds great. 
However, at the moment, there are people who will review articles for the Edited Guide. And there are a few souls who'll comment on poetry and fiction on the AWW.
I think the reviewers may want to specify what they review - some reviewers may want to stick to factual pieces, others might be happy with fiction.
And if you want an idiot who'll review poetry, I'll put my hand up.
